Air Canada has dealt with a lot of customer service issues in the past and its most recent one involves a video showcasing two baggage handlers tossing luggage from about six feet.

Recently, spokeswoman Angela Mah told The Financial Post that the employees involved “have been suspended and advised that their employment will be terminated pending the outcome of our investigation.”

The video was posted on YouTube on April 18 and was immediately met with a great deal of criticism from customers whose perceptions of Canada’s national airline are already at an all-time low.

While most of the comments on YouTube prove that most people are quick to attack, there are a few comments that try to defend the company with viewers echoing Mah’s statement that, “The actions of these individuals are not representative of the vast majority of our employees who work hard every day to take care of our customers.”
