Here are our top three results:
First off, Apple Cider Vinegar - All you need is a bowl of vinegar, a cotton swab and some gloves.
Step 1: Gently massage the vinegar onto your scalp. Try to focus on the ends, this is usually where the dreadful breakage occurs.
Step 2: Leave the vinegar in for 5-10 minutes, then rinse. So simple!
Tip: You can also dilute the vinegar and use it as a conditioner after shampooing.
Next up, yogurt! Mmm such a yummy treat right? Well, it’s also a must-have for treating dry, damaged hair. Yogurt is great because of its moisture components that act as a natural conditioner for your hair.
Tip: Try mixing in olive oil or vinegar to boost the overall affects. Honey is also a great addition, creating an inexpensive and totally affective hair mask!
Lastly, (and I swear by this one) BEER! Ladies this treatment has not only been used for decades, but it works great! Even celebrities have tried it! Beer is enriched with protein and vitamin B. This not only helps condition but promotes hair growth, leaving your hair super shiny.
Step 1: Shampoo your hair.
Step 2: After your hair is clean, apply the beer with a spray bottle.
Step 3: Leave on for 15-20 minutes. You can place a shower cap over top.
Step 4: Rinse and blow dry (this will remove any smell).
Tip: Try playing around with these ingredients and mixing them together to create a soothing, overnight mask.
