All-Star Weekend Takes over TO
And so it begins……
As the temperature actually starts to hit February levels, this weekend in Toronto will probably be hotter than any winter weekend the city has every seen.
Playing host to rockstar events like the NBA All-Star game is usually reserved for the brightest lights the US has to offer like Vegas, LA and of course New York…..but Toronto.
With restaurant and bar owners licking their chops at the weekend’s potential and pretty much every hotel in town already booked, expect Toronto to be lighting up all weekend.
Just bring your wallet. With prices of entry for the cheap seats to NBA events starting at around $500 a pop, taking in the experience will definitely cost you a pretty penny. Just remember, if you love the game or even just love to celebrate and rub shoulders with Drake, Lebron, Steph Curry and Sting amongst tons of others, an event like this probably won’t be back to TO any time soon.
