Accent Colours For The Colder Months

It’s time to put your bright coral blush and lipstick away until next summer and make way for new shades that will compliment your skin tone during the colder months. Changing up the colours of your makeup must haves is always a good idea.
When a new season fast approaches it’s ideal to clean out your makeup bag. If you have makeup from last fall and it’s seen better days don’t be afraid to toss it along with its friend’s, such as old blushes and lipsticks. Bacteria can easily build up on your products over time and trust me you don’t want that on your face.
Matte colours are huge in the makeup world for the next few seasons. Regardless of your skin tone the trendy new colours of a gorgeous nude, burgundy or deep violet will perk up any look. For your cheeks, indulge in a matte deep pink or beige nude. A few favourites are, Nars’ Blush in Amour and Clinique’s Cheek Pop in Ginger Pop.
